So Sophie’s vocals will be replaced, but did she record the song before deciding not to release it?

The track will be on Roger his new album, but, sorry all you Sophie Ellis-Bexter fans, her vocals will be replaced by a new vocals. We’ll let you know on this site which new vocalist will be doing this track.

I know someone mentioned that the Sophie collaboration was going to be shelved because Polydor didn’t let you use the track. But i just read on this website (http://www.goldenplec.com/2010/08/25/dublin-clubbing-guide-roger-sanchez/) that you are releasing the song on your album. Is there any truth to this?
I’d love to hear the song, and i’m sure ever other Sophie Ellis-Bextor fans is excited about it… here’s hoping that the news about the Sophie track is true.
